Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 29, 2026 · Last updated: July 4, 2026

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy applies to residents of Washington, Nevada, and Connecticut and supplements the GloStack Privacy Policy. It describes how GloStack handles “consumer health data” under the Washington My Health My Data Act, Nevada SB 370, and similar laws. It is provided by Better Applications LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company doing business as GloStack (“GloStack,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Consumer health data means personal information that is linked or could be linked to you and that identifies your past, present, or future physical or mental health.

In short: the information you log in GloStack is stored on your device. It is processed only on your device at your direction; we never receive it, we do not share it, and we do not sell it.

1. Categories of consumer health data involved

Information you log in the App, including: menstrual cycles (dates, flow, characteristics, and stage); symptoms, mood, energy, and sleep; peptides, medications, supplements, and other compounds, including doses, courses, schedules, titration steps, and timing; free-text health notes; health data you authorize us to read from Apple HealthKit; and the on-device patterns and summaries derived from the foregoing.

2. Sources of the data

We obtain this information from only two sources: from you, when you enter it in the App or make selections during onboarding; and, if you grant permission, from Apple HealthKit on your device. We do not obtain consumer health data from any other source, and we never purchase it.

3. How the data is used

This information is stored and processed on your device to provide the features you use — displaying your logs and generating estimates, schedules, reminders, and pattern summaries. Because it stays on your device, we do not receive it and do not use it for any other purpose.

4. Categories of data shared, and with whom

We do not collect your consumer health data on our servers, and we do not share it with any third party. It stays on your device.

Categories of third parties with whom we share consumer health data: none. Affiliates with whom we share consumer health data: none.

If you choose to export your data or generate a report and share it yourself (for example, with your healthcare provider), you control that sharing. We are not involved in it.

5. No sale of consumer health data

We do not sell consumer health data, and we will not sell it without first obtaining the separate, signed, revocable authorization that the law requires.

6. No geofencing

We do not use a geofence around any entity that provides in-person health care services to identify, track, collect data from, or send notifications to consumers.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

To make a request about any consumer health data we may hold, email support@glostack.app. We will authenticate your request and respond within 45 days (extendable once by an additional 45 days where reasonably necessary, with notice to you).

8. Appeals

If we decline your request, you may appeal by emailing support@glostack.app with the subject line “Health Data Appeal.” We will respond within 45 days. If your appeal is denied, Washington residents may submit a complaint to the Washington State Attorney General at www.atg.wa.gov/file-complaint; residents of other states may contact their state Attorney General.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy from time to time. Any update is effective when posted with a new “Last Updated” date. We will not collect, use, or share categories of consumer health data, or use it for purposes, not described here without first updating this Policy and, where required, obtaining your affirmative consent.
